To initiate a return or cancellation with ShopNovaCore:
ShopNovaCore offers exchanges for eligible products (size, color, or model) subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and specify the desired replacement in your email. Exchanges are processed once ShopNovaCore receives the returned item.
For bulk or B2B orders, cancellation terms are subject to the specific agreement between ShopNovaCore and the client. Please refer to your quote or contract, or contact your ShopNovaCore account manager for details. In general, cancellations of confirmed bulk orders may attract a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the order value.
If you are unsatisfied with the resolution provided by ShopNovaCore, you may escalate the issue by emailing contact@shopnovacore.shop with the subject "Escalation - [Your Order ID]." ShopNovaCore will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably within 7 business days.
